张霄羽，山西临汾人，1973年7月出生，副教授，博士，资源环境与城乡规划管理专业教师。1995年毕业于北京师范大学资源与环境科学系，1995年-2002年年山西临汾师范学校任教， 2005年7月毕业于北京师范大学地理与遥感科学学院，2008年毕业于中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所，获理学博士，2010年11月评聘为山西大学副教授。 

研究方向：遥感图像解译及地表参数遥感反演
