In order to accomplish the recruiting of the exam-free graduates under the charter of the exam-free graduates for the postgraduate study of the Shanxi University in 2019, it is announced that the related information is as follows.

1. Majors for recruiting

All the qualified graduates both inside and outside the university can register the examinations including 5 majors:  Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Environmental & Biomedical Sciences and so on.

2. The procedure of the test registering

After 28th September, “The Exam-free Service System” (The System of Information publication and management services for the National Exam-free Graduate Recommendation) will be open for you to log in and apply the Shanxi University with the URL:http://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm.  Our school will send the notification of the list for the candidates in the system. If you are in the list, please reply in 24 hours through the system for informing us whether you are intended to enter the retest.

3.The schedule of the retest

1. Time: 9:00 A.M. on October 10th

  Place: Room 321 of the teaching building of the CERS(College of Environmental & Resource Sciences of Shanxi University )

2. The maximum score of the test is 100. If your major of your undergraduate study is similar to the major you will register for your postgraduate study, you need not to take a written examination but only need to prepare for your interview. If your major of your undergraduate study is relatively great different from the major you will register for your postgraduate study, we will send you the notification of the additional examination through the system.
